Position Overview:  The Senior Business Analyst – Finance / Manufacturing will:

• Develop, adapt and maintain sophisticated Financial and Budgeting models
• Work closely with the internal customer base to understand and fulfill requirements-related data quality and availability
• Pro-actively identify and recommend business process improvements
• Utilize analysis tools, e.g., Business Objects, Excel-VBA
• Be the subject matter expert

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA a plus
• 3 to 7 years related experience
• Experience in the areas of general accounting, financial reporting and analysis
• Experience with analysis tools, e.g., Business Objects, Excel-VBA
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Detailed and results oriented; highly organized
• Working proficiency with the MS-Office Suite
