Client Information:
Our client is one of Chicago's top 25 accounting firms. Their diversified client base consists of highly successful, privately-held companies in a variety of industries, non-profit organizations, and high net worth individuals.
Our client is seeking an independent, confident and multi-talented bookkepper to serve as the primary accounting administrator for a variety of small, closely-held companies. Their clients have drive and financial success, but they lack the time, skills or resources to manage the financial aspects of their enterprises.
Our client's Accounting Services Department has a full time opening for a client, service-oriencted individual with experience in bookkeeping, preparing payroll tax returns and general ledger experience.
Ideal Applicant:
- Experience with QuickBooks, Excel and other bookkeeping software required
- Experience working in a public accounting firm required
